Installation Precautions

3. The safe transportation of efficient air supply outlet should be placed in strict accordance with the directions indicated by the manufacturer's signs, and should be handled lightly in the transportation process to avoid violent vibration and collision.
4. Before the installation of the efficient air supply outlet, the appearance of the air supply outlet package should be inspected on site, including whether the filter paper, sealant and frame are damaged; Whether the side length, diagonal and thickness dimensions meet the requirements; The frame has burrs and rust spots (metal frame); Whether the product certificate, technical performance is in line with the design requirements.
5. Efficient air supply port leak detection, check and leak detection is qualified, installation should be based on the resistance size of the air supply port reasonable deployment, for one-way flow, the same tuyere or air supply surface between the filter, each rated resistance and the average resistance difference should be less than 5%. High efficiency air outlets for clean rooms with cleanliness levels equal to and above Class 100.
6. The joint between the tuyere flanging of the efficient air supply outlet and the ceiling plate needs to be treated with sealing gaskets in the clean room. Remember that the place with cracks must be strictly handled. The installation shall not be carried out if the high efficiency air supply outlet is damaged or the coating is damaged. The installation of the air supply outlet and the air pipe must be strictly connected, and the open end shall be reinforced with plastic film and tape for tight air treatment.
